Sound Warehouse is truly an independent shop dedicated to underground music and has been open in Fayetteville, Arkansas for over 20 years. We want people to go home with music they will like and enjoy. If you’re not sure about an album, we will let you listen to it. We also place special orders for customers on a daily basis and many times customers will get their CD the following day. We carry both new and used CDs.

We also have a selection of new and hard to find DVD's. DVD's may also be special ordered and ready for purchase any where from 1 to 3 days.
The people of Sound Warehouse truly love music and are fans of music. Being able to bring together great music and fans of great music is not only our job, it’s our passion. We carry both new and used vinyl, including hard-to-find favorites and classics.

Musically, we try to be as diverse as possible within our means. We like all forms of music that have lasting artistic value in our eyes. Our recently expanded CD selection is becoming even more diverse. Genres we carry include, but are not limited to the following: Bluegrass, Homegrown, Jam Band, Hip Hop, Urban, Hardcore, Punk, Industrial, Noise, Metal, Indie Rock, Local, Experimental, Classic Rock, Progressive Rock, Blues, Jazz, Dub, Psychedelic, Soundtracks, Country and tons of odds and ends.

We have a large feeling of respect and support for the Fayetteville scene. We carry as much local music as possible, as consistently as possible. This is our town, we like it. We will keep on supporting the people making art and music here and we hope you do as well.
